The Del Environmental Protection ME series polishing table is essential for various welding, polishing, polishing, plasma cutting and other processes. Working principle:

The negative pressure generated by the smoke and dust through the fan enters the purifier through the side exhaust port and the lower exhaust port, and the airflow enters the guide channel. After the large particle dust collides with the guide plate, the large particle dust falls into the ash collection drawer under the action of gravity, and the dust containing small particles enters the filter room. The dust containing gas passes through the filter element from the outer surface of the filter bag, and the dust is blocked by the filter element on its surface. When the blocked dust continuously deposits on the surface of the filter element, The filter element can be cleaned manually by using a dust cleaning machine structure, or by pulse spraying to clean the filter cartridge. The dust particles deposited on the filter element can detach from the surface and fall into the ash collection drawer under the action of vibration, so that the entire surface of the filter element is cleaned. The purified air is discharged through the air duct and fan.

The unique desktop design is perfect, with a built-in dust removal system, fan sound insulation, and no need for pipeline connections. The cleaned air can be circulated and discharged indoors, reducing energy costs.

This type of workbench can effectively capture small suspended dust without interfering with the movement and vision of workers, making it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized fine processing and irregular components.
